Role Overview
Lead one of Punch’s Leased & Tenanted operating regions, creating sustainable growth through exceptional publican partnerships, strong operational leadership and consistent commercial performance.

This role is accountable for the performance, capability and future success of its region (Midlands), directly leading Operations Managers to deliver pace, clarity and belief across every pub. Working alongside the Managing Director, L&T Operations Directors and the Operations Director - Innovation, the role embeds disciplines, decision-making and future L&T ways of working so the business moves from turnaround activity to a clearer, stronger and more future-facing growth model.
