The Role
We are seeking an accomplished Operations Director to lead and optimise operational performance across a successful London-based Managed Services Provider. This role is ideal for a senior technology services leader with extensive MSP experience and a strong track record of scaling operations, improving service delivery, and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operational functions across service delivery and support teams.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Drive service excellence, customer satisfaction, and continual improvement initiatives.
- Oversee operational performance, resource planning, and utilisation.
- Build, mentor, and develop leadership teams across multiple departments.
- Improve processes, efficiencies, and service delivery frameworks.
- Manage operational budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to support growth and transformation initiatives.
What We're Looking For?
Essential
- Senior leadership experience within an MSP or technology services organisation.
- Proven track record managing large operational functions.
- Strong understanding of service delivery, customer success, and operational governance.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance growth, service quality, and profitability.
