Fantastic business, the one to watch. Love this group myself

Location: Head office, London - must be commutable to London

(ONLY apply if you are in an Operations Director role now, to be considered)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced operator to join this leading but currently expanding hospitality and leisure group based in London with sites across the whole of the UK, with 19 sites (2 more opening this year) and growing, looking to add another 3 sites next year, keen to grow. These sites all have a great mix of food and drinks, great business to put your stamp on and have an impact. If you like the hospitality sector and you have experience managing a large-scale business across the London, this could be for you. Full table service is a big bonus.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The ideal candidate will treat the business as their own but report to the CEO. This mindset will allow for massive opportunities to move this business forward. Opening experience would be essential for this role, and coming from a leading hospitality operator will be key for my client. These sites are all unique to the location. They are keen to speak to talent with some branded experience, must have over 50 million turnover experience and be in a leadership role.

This role is all about operations. Your main areas to focus would be the operational team, Marketing and Sales. You would have a dotted line with other Head Office functions.

Our client prides themselves on customer service and the quality product that they provide on a day-to-day basis. They take the heritage of the business very seriously and work on continuous improvement of all aspects with the customer as key. This being said, the business is evolving all the time and a candidate who has a track record of business change to keep ahead of market trends will do well.
