Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Sales Coordinator / Operations Executive to support our Global Retail Sales Team.
Our Retail vertical specialises in leveraging cutting-edge solutions to accelerate performance and growth across international markets, serving leading technology firms, digital experience providers, solutionsintegrators, and retailers.
In this role, you will play a critical operational role to ensure seamless sales workflows, uphold data accuracy, coordinate cross-departmental efforts, and help the team focus on strategic revenue growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Global Head of Sales and regional commercial teams
- Coordinate sales meetings, agendas, and follow-ups to maintain smooth workflows
- Assist in preparing client proposals, sales presentations, and contract negotiations
- Track client tender processes and contract renewals to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Manage sales pipeline visibility and maintain timely communications

CRM & Data Management
- Maintain up-to-date client, opportunity, and activity records in our CRM system
- Create dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance
- Monitor sales pipeline and contribute to forecasting assessments
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across internal reporting systems
Process & Documentation
- Ensure strict adherence to sales processes, documentation standards, and compliance protocols
- Oversee onboarding and renewal workflows, ensuring all documentation is captured and processed efficiently
- Liaise between sales, legal, finance, and operations teams on contracts, invoicing, and agreements
- Develop, organise, and maintain a centralised repository for sales collateral, materials, and training resources
- Act as the primary liaison between sales teams and other internal departments, facilitating cross-functional collaboration
- Support internal communications, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and cross-team training sessions
- Assist in preparing for global sales events, segmented workshops, and customer-facing training programmes
Key Requirements

- Proven experience in sales administration, sales operations, or coordinated support, preferably in a multi-regional or global context
- Exceptional organisational skills with an ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all deliverables
- CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise across cultures and time zones
- A plus if you hold industry experience in automotive, data analytics, or technology commercial departments
