The Job
The Operations Executive is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and delivery of events. Mostly acting as the main point of contact between clients and talent, this role manages all logistical and operational aspects from the point of booking through to event completion and follow-up, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for all sides.

As an Operations Executive, you can expect to:
- Take control of all logistical arrangements; organise travel for talent; book briefing calls; communicate between relevant parties and manage efficient relationships with our clients.
- Grow your organisational skills; develop the relationship between JLA and our clients; assist in all aspects of the booking.
- Expand your individual knowledge on thought leaders, political figures, comedy stars and musicians; become an expert on current speaking superstars.
- Attend conferences, awards ceremonies and private events alongside the talent; meet clients and provide exceptional service onsite.

Who we are looking for
Someone with:
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and think calmly under pressure.
- A confident communicator with outstanding customer service experience.
- A graduate degree, or school leavers who have at least two years minimum work experience.
- The willingness to muck in.
- An interest in: current affairs, all forms of media, industry experts and the latest mainstream stars.
