About Us
A&H International is the UK’s original referee retailer, trusted by referees since 1985. Alongside our own brands, including Touchline, we’re continuing to grow through new partnerships, exciting product launches and the expansion of our group of specialist retail businesses.
We’re an ambitious team where everyone has the opportunity to make a genuine impact. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an organised and proactive Operations Executive to take ownership of day-to-day operations, help drive continuous improvement and play an important role in the next stage of our journey.
The Role
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and keeping things running efficiently.
Working closely with suppliers, customers and partners, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operational processes run smoothly across the business’. From managing stock information and supplier communication to improving internal processes and supporting customer experience, you’ll help ensure the business continues to operate efficiently as we grow.
This role is fully remote, with occasional in-person meetings and travel where required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
