Operations Executive (Part-Time - 30 hours per week)

Are you highly organised, proactive, and looking for a varied part-time role where no two days are the same?

We are looking for an Operations Executive to join our team supporting the P&G account. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of operational and administrative processes that support our field and client teams.

As an Operations Executive, you'll work closely with colleagues across the business, helping to coordinate activities, resolve challenges, maintain communication flows, and ensure service standards are consistently achieved.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing operational and administrative support to field and client teams.
  • Managing day-to-day processes using internal systems and technology.
  • Responding to operational challenges and helping to identify effective solutions.
  • Supporting the delivery of service standards, deadlines, and business objectives.
  • Coordinating projects and activities, often within tight timescales.
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing tasks efficiently using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to improve processes and share best practice.
  • Contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable managing changing priorities.
  • A willingness to learn and embrace new systems and technologies.

  • Previous experience in an administration, coordination, or operations support role.
