About Sientia

Sientia is building the infrastructure that makes card-linked and Open Banking loyalty actually work at scale. We sit at the centre of a network connecting the UK's biggest banking and payments platforms - Revolut, Lloyds/Cardlytics, Monzo, Tide, Santander, British Airways and more - with brands who want to reach and reward real customers based on real spending behaviour, automatically, with none of the friction of traditional loyalty schemes. It's a fast-moving, high-growth corner of fintech, and we've built a genuinely differentiated position in it: strong publisher relationships, a growing Analytics/Intelligence product that turns transaction data into real commercial insight, and a client roster that includes some of the best-known brands in their categories. We're a small team moving quickly, with the ambition - and the traction - to become the category leader in CLO. Anyone joining now is joining early enough to shape how that plays out.

Role Purpose

Sientia wants to be best-in-class in how campaigns are delivered, not just sold - and that standard is built almost entirely in the detail. This role exists to own that detail.

The Operations Executive takes a campaign from ideation through to live launch across our CLO publisher channels, and keeps it running correctly once live. You will be the person who makes sure a campaign brief is actually deliverable before it's promised to a client, that every technical and creative element (MIDs, test transactions, image assets) is correct before go-live, and that nothing slips through the cracks between "the client said yes" and "the campaign is live and tracking properly."

This is a detail-first operations role - not a strategic or client-relationship-owning role - but it touches every brand and every publisher, so accuracy, organisation and communication are non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-sale & campaign scoping

  • Work closely with the Sales team during the sales process to review campaign briefs and requirements, and confirm they are deliverable within Sientia's actual technical and publisher capabilities before commitments are made to a brand.
  • Flag early where a brief needs adjusting - timeline, mechanic, publisher mix, creative requirements - so Sales isn't promising something Operations can't deliver.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Campaign build & launch

  • Own the end-to-end operational build of each campaign across the relevant CLO publisher channels, from ideation through to live launch.
  • Perform MID (Merchant ID) validation to ensure transactions will be correctly attributed and tracked.
  • Run test transactions ahead of go-live to confirm the offer mechanic and tracking are working as expected, catching issues before they affect real customers or client trust.
  • Carry out image and creative quality assessments against each publisher's specifications, ensuring brand assets meet the required standard before submission.
  • Coordinate directly with publishers (e.g. Revolut, Cardlytics/Lloyds, Monzo, Tide, Santander, British Airways) and with brand clients to resolve any launch blockers quickly and clearly.
  • Maintain a clear campaign launch checklist/tracker so status, blockers and owners are visible at every stage - nothing should launch "by memory."

Live campaign & reporting

  • Monitor live campaigns for operational issues (tracking gaps, MID errors, underperforming mechanics) and escalate or resolve as needed.
  • Process monthly reporting for brand and publisher stakeholders, ensuring figures are accurate before they go out.
  • Quality-check brand invoicing against actual campaign delivery and commercial terms before invoices are sent - this role is a key line of defence against billing errors.

Communication & coordination

  • Act as a clear, reliable point of coordination between Sales, publishers and brand clients throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Communicate proactively - flagging risks, delays or issues early rather than letting them surface at launch or in a client conversation.

What Success Looks Like

  • Campaigns launch on time, correctly configured, with no post-launch scramble to fix MIDs, tracking, or assets.
  • Sales can trust that anything Operations has signed off on is genuinely deliverable - briefs don't come back with surprises.
  • Monthly reporting and brand invoicing are accurate and delivered on schedule, with errors caught before they reach a client.
  • Publishers and brand contacts see this person as responsive, organised and easy to work with.

Candidate Requirements

Essential

  • Extremely detail-focused and organised - comfortable owning multiple concurrent campaigns and checklists without letting anything slip.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator, confident coordinating across Sales, brand clients and publisher partners.
  • Comfortable with process-driven, checklist-style work (MID validation, test transactions, QA) as well as more judgement-based tasks (assessing whether a brief is deliverable).
  • Reliable and proactive - flags problems early rather than waiting to be asked.
  • Comfortable working fractionally/independently, managing own time and priorities against campaign deadlines. Comfortable picking up and working within internal tooling, publisher portals and spreadsheets, and handling commercial/financial data (including transaction and MID data) with appropriate care and confidentiality

Desirable

  • Understanding of card-linked offers (CLO) and/or the payments industry more broadly.
  • Prior experience in a campaign operations, trafficking, ad operations, or similar delivery-focused role.
  • Experience with invoice/reporting quality checks in a commercial or agency-style environment.

This is a suitable role for someone earlier in their operations career - strong attention to detail and communication skills matter more here than seniority or years of experience.
