We are a premium brand of 100% human hair extensions with own manufacturing facilities in Asia and offices both in the UK and US.
Overview
We are seeking an experienced, bilingual (Cantonese and English) and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to follow through the supply chain operations, from orders to delivery and to support sales strategic initiatives and day to day activities.
This role requires professional and effective communication with our factories so proficiency in Cantonese and Chinese is necessary.

Duties
- Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Liaise with factories, clients, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
- Assist in sales functions including enquiries and sample preparation.
Experience

- At least 5 years' work experience in an operations role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Work Location
Hybrid with office in Central London
