Job Title: Operations Executive – Freight Forwarding
We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive to join our freight forwarding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day freight forwarding operations.
- Handle import and export shipment coordination.
- Prepare and manage freight pricing and quotations.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, customers, and overseas agents.
- Manage customs clearance documentation and coordinate with customs brokers.
- Ensure timely shipment execution and delivery.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and provide regular updates to clients.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth logistics processes.

Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in the freight forwarding or shipping industry.
- Hands-on experience in freight forwarding operations, pricing, and customs clearance.
- Good understanding of import/export documentation and logistics processes.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
