About Us

MIROMA LOCATION EXPERTS (MX) is an independent market leading Global Out-of-Home (OOH) Agency specialising in data-driven, location-based planning and buying. Our mission is to push the boundaries of what’s possible in OOH, ensuring our clients get the most effective, measurable, and engaging solutions to connect with their audiences.

As part of the Miroma Group, we have access to a broader ecosystem of marketing services, enabling us to deliver integrated, high-value campaigns for some of the world's biggest brands. We are an agile team of marketing, digital and communications agencies providing challenger thinking, driving growth and unlocking value for disruptive brands.

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated graduate or entry-level candidate to join us as an Operations Executive. This is the perfect first step into the media industry, where you’ll learn how an OOH agency manages the planning, buying and delivery of Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising campaigns for brands that are looking to increase awareness, attract new clients and grow.

You don’t need prior media experience — we’ll provide full training and ongoing support to help you build your skills and confidence. From day one, you’ll get hands-on exposure to how campaigns are created, bought and delivered, working with data & technology, whilst also building relationships with media owner partners.

In this role, you will:

  • Facilitate campaigns moving frictionlessly through the lifecycle of planning, buying, delivery and invoicing through to completion of payment received from client
  • Analyse spend data across clients and provide executive reports to senior management on a weekly basis
  • Provide support directly to the Managing Director on operational tasks to support the day-to-day smooth running of the business and support on administrative initiatives as requested on key projects including support on building presentations in PowerPoint.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
