Job Description
What will you be doing?
We’re seeking a talented individual to join our team in Leeds, which is responsible for providing a first-class support function to the financial planning teams nationwide by way of delivering third party client policy information in an agreed format, both accurately and within SLAs.

As Operations Executive - Scripts, your responsibilities will include among others:
- Ensure all Operational deliverables are actioned on time in accordance with SLAs, agreed quality standards, regulatory and company requirements
- Provide an excellent telephone-based service while developing and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, clients and third parties
- Contact and liaise with relevant product providers/third parties to obtain accurate policy information for report scripts and valuations
- Accurate completion of script templates and Xplan updates
- Complete project related activities or general tasks as instructed by the Manager or Head of Operations, Leeds and follow through to completion, dealing with any queries that arise from these activities
- Assess client file documents in accordance with compliance requirements, identifying and correcting remedial actions

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Have previous experience responding to queries from both internal and external parties, providing a high level of customer service
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills; with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficient IT skills in core Microsoft Office systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail
- A professional telephone manner
Desired:
- Operational experience within the financial services industry is desired but not essential
- Financial services product knowledge with a desire for further development and to undertake relevant examinations
- Excellent standard of education to include Maths and English
- Relevant professional qualifications e.g. CISI Investment Operations Certificate desirable but not essential
