Operations Executive

📍 London (Hybrid)
💰 £28,000–£32,000 depending on experience

ClearWatt is building the confidence layer for the used EV market.

We provide battery health testing, EV diagnostics and real-world EV insights to consumers, dealers and enterprise partners across the UK. Our technology is helping bring transparency and trust to one of the fastest-growing areas of the automotive industry.

We're now looking for an Operations Executive to join the team and help support our growing customer and dealer base.

About the role

This is a broad, hands-on startup operations role.

You'll work directly with consumers using the ClearWatt app, dealer partners using our diagnostic products, and the wider team as we continue to scale.

No two days are the same. One day you might be helping a customer understand their battery health report, the next supporting a dealer with a diagnostic test, managing hardware shipments, or helping improve an internal process.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
