OVERVIEW:

As an Operations Floor Lead at our Flagship store in Regent Street, you'll be the engine behind the store experience. Leading from the back of house, you'll ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time, creating the foundations that allow our teams and customers to thrive.

You'll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the store, leading operational excellence across stock management, replenishment, deliveries, inventory accuracy, and back-of-house organisation. You'll drive high standards, support and coach your team, and help create a fast-paced, efficient environment where every detail matters.

As a trusted keyholder, you'll confidently take ownership of operational priorities, step up as manager on duty when required, and lead with the same energy, accountability, and passion that defines our brand.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Leading all back-of-house operations to ensure the store is organised, efficient, and set up for success.
  • Supporting the delivery, processing, movement, and replenishment of stock, ensuring products are available when and where customers need them.
  • Driving inventory accuracy through strong stock control processes, cycle counts, and operational checks.
  • Leading by example and coaching team members on operational standards, stockroom organisation, and ways of working.
  • Running daily operational huddles and communicating priorities clearly to keep the team aligned.
  • Taking ownership of stockroom standards, ensuring all areas remain safe, organised, and audit-ready.
  • Supporting visual merchandising and product moves by ensuring stock is replenished quickly and accurately.
  • Monitoring stock flow throughout the day and responding proactively to trading demands.
  • Completing key operational tasks including cash handling, health & safety checks, delivery management, and compliance processes.
  • Acting as a keyholder and confidently managing opening and closing procedures when required.
  • Supporting the wider store team during peak periods, helping maintain a seamless customer experience through operational excellence.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and operational performance across the store.
  • Stepping up as the manager on duty when required, making sound decisions that support the team, customer, and business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
