Job Description
Join Gradient Labs as our second operations hire, working directly with the Head of Operations to scale our AI-driven customer operations platform. You will manage essential business functions from finance and vendor management to RevOps and compliance, building the foundational systems that support our next phase of global growth.

What You Will Do
- Manage day-to-day business operations including vendor contracts, invoice management, and supporting financial month-end processes alongside external accountants.
- Lead strategic projects such as SOC2 compliance implementation via Vanta, RevOps commission tracking, and preparation of R&D tax credit claims.
- Design and automate scalable internal processes for onboarding, supplier management, and knowledge sharing to eliminate friction as the team grows.
