About The Role
We’re looking for outstanding graduates to join our operations graduate programme, beginning in September 2026. The opportunity, which is based within our national depot network, will be an exciting chance to be involved in the development of our corporate vision and customer experience.
We want to find the art of the possible and it begins here in our critical infrastructure division, helping deliver a world-class rental experience. Help us turn what if into what is, all the while finding ways where we can exceed customer expectations, optimise our machines and operations, and continue to develop our products for the future.

To be considered for this role you must have as a minimum:
- A degree (minimum 2:2) in commerce, business, finance, or other disciplines considered – (or due to complete this by September 2026).
- Be able to start in the business full-time in early September 2026.
- Hold the relevant right to work within the UK.
- Be fully flexible and geographically mobile as the role will require extensive UK travel.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- The ability to stay away from home when required.
