About us

Hiring a contractor is one of the most stressful things most people will ever do, and one of the easiest to get wrong. It's hard to tell a good contractor from a bad one, hard to check whether they're any good before the work starts, and far too common to end up with a botched job, a blown budget, or a contractor who disappears halfway through. It's not much better for the contractors. The good ones get undercut by cowboys and have no simple way to prove they know what they're doing.

The Page fixes that. We vet contractors properly, checking their credentials, insurance and track record, then match them with the right homeowners. Homeowners get a contractor they can trust, and good contractors get good work. That's the whole idea.

The role

You'd work closely with the founding team and see first-hand what it takes to build a small company. Most of your time will go on growing our contractor network: finding new contractors, tightening up how we vet them, and putting together the profiles homeowners see. You'll also help us fix and improve the way we work, and muck in on whatever else comes up.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

It's a hands-on role with real responsibility, not a coffee run.

What you'll do

  • Find and sign up contractors. Track down good ones across London, reach out, and bring them on board.
  • Vetting. Run and improve our vetting process: collecting documents, checking credentials, insurance and accreditations, and keeping standards consistent.
  • Build contractor profiles. Put together clear, honest profiles that give homeowners what they need to decide.
  • Improve how we work. Look at how we do things, work out what's clunky, and help fix it.
  • Whatever else comes up. Pitch in wherever the business needs a hand.

What we're looking for

  • Ownership. You get on with things and see them through without being chased.
  • Enthusiasm. You bring energy and want to do a good job.
  • A real interest in how a small, high growth company is run. You want a proper look behind the scenes of an early-stage business, and you'll get one.
  • Organised, with an eye for detail and good writing.
  • Happy to pick up the phone and talk to contractors.
  • Comfortable with everyday tools like spreadsheets and CRMs. Knowing Airtable is a bonus.
