Location: Remote - UK travel

Employment type: Full Time Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

About The Role…

We are seeking an experienced auditor/inspector to join our team and support the successful delivery of projects on our Openreach framework. Working closely with the operational team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and oversight of delivery partners and direct labour, ensuring that all works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project timelines. You will be set inspection targets and given the responsibility to work with partners and staff to improve/remedy any failings

As an Operations Inspector you will…

  • Oversee and support delivery partners, ensuring daily operations run smoothly on the Openreach framework.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to teams.
  • Promote and uphold high standards of health and safety, acting as a regional advocate for best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular site audits to assess compliance with safety standards, project requirements, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various services and drive regional performance.
  • Ensure that all work is completed within specified timescales and in line with company and client expectations.

About You…

  • Proven experience in a previous Supervisor Role within the Utilities Sector - preferably in the telecoms Industry.
  • Proven knowledge of reinstatement auditing.
  • Proven experience of working in customer service or a customer focused environment.
  • Professional, customer focused with a good standard of verbal and numerical reasoning.
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety
  • Drivers Licence
