About Aptura

At Aptura, we combine domain expertise with proprietary technology to deliver high-quality, domain-specific training data that helps frontier models perform better.

At work, we're building a high-performance, people-first culture. We move quickly, think ambitiously, and set a high bar for ourselves, all while staying open, collaborative, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. The best ideas here win regardless of who they come from, teams sit close to leadership, and every voice has a say in what comes next.

Joining Aptura means more than taking a job. It's an opportunity to help build a company from the ground up. We've grown from 3 to 15 people in the past year, and we're accelerating. That growth creates real ownership, meaningful responsibility, and the chance to make an outsized impact while helping redefine how regulated industries adopt and benefit from AI.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
