Operations Intern

As Operations Intern, you support Voi's daily operations in London and across the UK, with a strong focus on parking, city communications, and operational support for events and warehouses. You help keep our service reliable, compliant, and partner-friendly, while gaining hands-on experience in urban mobility operations.

Main Outcomes (6 months)

  • Robust process for UK parking approvals and geofencing updates, clearly documented and followed.
  • Consistent, high-quality handling of the London ops inbox and inquiries, including basic reporting and dashboards for the team.

Your Mission at Voi

  • Coordinate parking approvals and updates with UK cities, maintaining clear records.
  • Support creation and quality control of parking IDs and geofencing changes in relevant tools.
  • Monitor and manage the London operations inbox, triaging and resolving operational emails and inquiries.
  • Support day-to-day communication with city contacts and partners.
  • Assist with operational planning and execution for events (e.g., pop-ups, safety events, partner activations).
  • Coordinate with UK warehouses and field teams, including occasional site visits.
  • Collect and structure operational data (inbox stats, complaints, parking issues).
  • Use basic analytics/SQL to create simple dashboards and recurring reports.
  • Keep internal documentation and playbooks up to date (parking processes, city specifics, event checklists).

What You Need to Embark

  • Interest in operations, logistics, or mobility; experience in operations, event coordination, or project management is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with data; willing to learn and use SQL and basic dashboard tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English; professional email handling.
  • High attention to detail, organized, good time management, and proactive follow-through.
  • Collaborative, able to work closely with Operations and cross-functional teams (Policy, Product, Market Development, Fleet Management).
  • Proficiency in AI tools is a plus.
