Job Description
As Operations Lead at Vitruehealth.com, you will own the company’s operating system, partnering directly with the CEO to drive efficiency and culture. From managing finance operations and people processes to leading AI-driven workflow transformations, you’ll build the scalable foundations necessary to support a fast-growing healthtech leader while sitting on the leadership team.

What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end operating rhythm, including OKRs, leadership meetings, and company-wide planning to ensure high-performance execution and follow-through across the entire business.
- Manage essential finance and people operations, from payroll and budget tracking to employee onboarding and developing internal policies that support a growing, high-talent team.
- Oversee governance and compliance, leading yearly ISO recertification processes and assisting the commercial team with security due diligence to help close major enterprise deals.
The ideal candidate
- Has 5+ years of operational experience in a startup or SaaS environment, with a proven track record of building systems and making autonomous, high-judgment decisions.
- Demonstrates high proficiency with AI tools and a genuine interest in leveraging them to transform internal workflows and increase overall business performance.
- Possesses strong financial literacy and attention to detail, capable of managing budgets, reporting, and complex compliance documentation without requiring constant direction.
