Job Description
As a foundational operations hire, you will design and scale the global expert network that powers complex regulatory assessments. You'll build the 0-to-1 systems for recruiting, qualifying, and deploying specialized contractors worldwide. This is a high-autonomy role focused on operationalizing a critical talent pipeline to meet demand for audited technology in a highly regulated sector.

The ideal candidate
- 3+ years of experience building 0-to-1 operational processes in a fast-paced startup or regulated environment.
- Proven ability to manage contingent workforces, freelancer networks, or specialized talent pipelines at scale.
- Strong first-principles thinker with exceptional communication skills and the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
