Operations Lead | Operations & Special Projects

London | Hybrid | Scale Up | circa £55k - £70k depending on experience

I'm exclusively partnering with an ambitious founder-led real estate business to recruit an exceptional Operations Lead to work directly alongside the founder on a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives.

This is a rare opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments and enjoys solving problems across every aspect of a growing business.

Rather than managing a single department, you'll become the founder's right hand—identifying opportunities, improving systems, evaluating new ventures and ensuring high-impact projects are delivered.

If you're looking for a role with genuine variety, ownership and exposure to senior decision-making, this is one of the most exciting opportunities currently on the market.

The Opportunity

No two days will look the same. You could be reviewing the commercial viability of a new business idea, implementing AI-powered workflows, redesigning operational processes, coordinating suppliers on a live project or building dashboards that improve decision making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
