MBA Operations Lead
3 months contract (Expected to attend office on Tuesdays)
Hybrid, London (20% - 80% on site)
£28.86 per hour - PAYE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced higher education professional to lead the operational delivery of a prestigious MBA programme undergoing significant growth and transformation.
Working closely with academic leadership and teaching support teams, you will oversee programme administration, drive process improvements, lead change initiatives, and ensure an outstanding student experience across the full student lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of the MBA programme administration team.
- Manage and coordinate operational projects, ensuring delivery to agreed deadlines and standards.
- Review, streamline and enhance administrative processes, policies and procedures.
- Lead change management initiatives to support programme growth and hybrid delivery.
- Monitor team performance, allocate workloads, and support staff development through coaching and mentoring.
- Build effective relationships with academic and professional services stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with institutional regulations, policies and service standards.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance programme delivery and the student experience.

About You
You will have:
- Degree-level education or equivalent relevant experience.
- Significant experience in higher education administration, supporting taught programmes.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams.
- Strong project management and change management experience.
- Experience reviewing and improving processes and systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- A strong commitment to delivering an exceptional student experience.
