About the Role
This is a multi-site role managing security and cleaning services for esteemed blue-chip clients across financial services, distribution, and manufacturing sectors—primarily in the Midlands and beyond.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leadership & Service Delivery
- Upholding high standards in manned security and cleaning services, aligned with the SIA Approved Contractor Scheme.
- Setting team performance benchmarks.

Client & Team Management
- Strengthening client relationships through tailored site visits, meetings, and staff training.
- Fostering a motivated workforce.

Scheduling & Compliance
- Managing rostering via Timegate, tracking performance, ensuring compliance, and maintaining staff motivation.
- Overseeing payroll and scheduling logistics.

Technology & Reporting
- Leverage advanced systems for data reporting, payroll, and scheduling to optimise service delivery.
At the core of this role: client and site retention through consistent service excellence.
Requirements
- ✅ Essential:
- Proven Operations Manager or equivalent experience in Security/Cleaning sectors
- Active SIA Licence (front-line required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and people skills
