Office Manager Role and Responsibilities
The office manager will manage the general operations of SplashBI UK. You will be expected to perform an array of tasks that ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office.

Your responsibilities will include the following, but will not be limited to:
- Supporting UK management in all aspects of the company’s business.
- Supporting US and India accounting functions to ensure accurate contract onboarding, client invoicing and accounts payable.
- Managing suppliers, including contract set up and payment processing.
- Credit control and potentially handle some escalation issues for past-due accounts.
- Providing HR support, including assisting with hiring, onboarding, and performance management. Also maintaining employees’ files.
- Partnering with HR to assess existing procedures and improve them or design a new one entirely. Helping to communicate changes in procedure to the staff members and ensuring strict adherence to them.
- Helping to organise meetings and appointments, oversee travel arrangements and maintain calendars and schedules.
- Managing UK facilities, ensuring a safe, secure, efficient, and maintained office environment. Maintaining the relationship with Sussex Innovation Centre.
- Managing space and planning in alignment with hybrid working needs and growth.
- Coordinating with the IT department on all office equipment.

Salary and Benefits
Salary will be commensurate with your experience and is expected to be between £30,000 and £40,000.
