We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to support our sales team and executive leadership in managing the sales process, sales automation, and lead management and client acquisition. This role will oversee daily CRM activities using HubSpot, ensure data accuracy, and drive sales reporting and analytics. As a key player in our operations, this position will ensure seamless sales processes, enabling a high-performing sales team and fostering strong client relationships.

Areas Of Responsibility
- Provide strategic administrative and operational support to the sales team, including Account Executives (AEs), the CEO, and COO, to ensure smooth execution of business development and sales activities.
- Manage calendars, schedule client and prospect meetings, and assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Oversee the HubSpot CRM system by maintaining accurate customer data, tracking sales activities, managing the sales pipeline, and generating reports to evaluate KPIs and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure all sales documents, contracts, and agreements are properly organized and accessible, support the creation and delivery of sales materials, document account information, and manage follow-ups.
- Develop and optimize HubSpot sales automation, including quote generation, proposals, and contract drafts, while collaborating with HubSpot consultants to meet business requirements.
- Compile and analyze weekly and monthly sales reports, support forecasting, budget tracking, and performance analysis, and provide insights to sales leadership.
- Act as a point of contact for pre-sales inquiries, manage lead statuses, distribute marketing materials, assign accounts to sales executives, coordinate inbound lead follow-ups, collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure documentation accuracy, and work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and a seamless sales process.
