The role

You'll be the person who keeps operational life at BIG ticking: meetings coordinated, actions followed up, deadlines visible, and nothing left to drift. Day to day, that means owning our agency management system, Synergist, keeping the data behind our reporting accurate, and preparing the operational and commercial reports our teams rely on.

Compiling the numbers is half the job. Explaining what they mean is the other half, so account teams can make sharper decisions about clients, jobs and people. You'll also be the friendly first port of call for process questions across the agency, from onboarding new starters to helping colleagues get unstuck, and you'll spot where our ways of working could be simpler and make it happen.

The person

You're highly organised, calm under pressure, and happy holding several teams' priorities at once. You've got genuine commercial acumen: you understand how project delivery turns into profit, and you're confident with spreadsheets, systems and reporting tools. You follow up without being asked twice, and people trust you because the things you own get done.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
