This role will be under the Innoventive property services division which has origins in the 1950s. We deliver property services to well known brands across London and the UK. We offer cleaning, security and maintenance services. We hold contracts ranging from under £50K to over £1m and operate across 200+ sites nationwide with a London-centric focus. Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Operations Manager located on-site in Mayfair, London (near Bond Street station).
As our Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations across 3 services; cleaning, maintenance and security. You will manage and lead teams, ensure adherence to quality standards, optimise operational efficiency, and develop strategic initiatives to drive growth.

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in managing daily operations and leading teams
- A 'can do' attitude with energy and focus
- Skills in optimising operational efficiency and ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Budget management and reporting skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering on industry audits
- Relevant experience in facilities management / property services industry is required (cleaning / maintenance / security service operations)
- Bachelor’s Management degree is preferred but not essential
- NEBOSH / IOSH certifications preferred but not essential
