Role Description
The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in London, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities that support Nebula Global Workforce’s global workforce solutions. This role manages and optimizes internal processes related to cross-border employment, payments, and compliance, ensuring efficient and accurate service delivery. The Operations Manager coordinates with cross-functional teams such as customer support, compliance, finance, and product to maintain service quality, resolve operational issues, and implement process improvements. This position also involves monitoring performance metrics, developing and updating standard operating procedures, and supporting the onboarding of new clients and partners. The Operations Manager contributes to strategic planning by identifying operational risks and opportunities and recommending data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in operations management, process optimization, and workflow coordination.
- Experience with compliance, risk management, or regulatory frameworks, ideally in global employment or payments.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring using tools such as spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in HR operations, global workforce management, or related fields is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, HR, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in an international, multicultural context, with a strong focus on inclusivity and non-discriminatory practices.
