About us

At It’s Clean, we don’t just keep spaces sparkling—we keep people smiling too! From offices to specialist cleans, our mission is to deliver a high-quality, reliable service that makes a real difference. We’re growing fast and need an organised, people-savvy superstar to join our ops team and help keep our operations running like a well-oiled (and freshly polished) machine.

Role Description

As one of our Operations Managers, you’ll be the glue that holds everything together. You’ll be making sure every cleaning shift is covered, every customer is happy, and every member of the team feels supported. From planning rotas to delivering stock, and from onboarding new clients to solving last-minute hiccups—you’ll be at the heart of our business.

Think of it as a mix between team coach, logistics wizard, problem solver, and customer champion. No two days will look the same—and that’s exactly the fun of it!

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, recruit, and support our cleaning operatives (you’ll spot the talent and bring out the best in them).
  • Ensure every cleaning shift is fully staffed and smoothly communicated.
  • Keep customer, supplier, and employee records in top-notch order.
  • Onboard new customers and make sure they get the It’s Clean welcome treatment.
  • Order, manage, and deliver cleaning stock (yes, you’ll be our fairy godparent of mops, buckets, and eco-friendly sprays).
  • Handle admin with flair—phone calls, emails, paperwork, and all things organisation.
  • Step in with solutions when the unexpected happens (because it sometimes will!).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
