Sales & Operations Manager - Pioneering Growth in Purpose-Driven Branding (Ref: GEN19109)
Help build a 21st-century agency this employer is proud of, through innovation, exceptional client service, and a commitment to increasing diverse and minority representation in media and creative industries. In this challenging role, you’ll lead our Sales & Operations team, helping drive new business success through strategic B2B engagement while championing operational efficiency.
About the Role
A Sales & Operations Manager is required to spearhead the expansion of their growing media and creative brand. You’ll be equally adept at generating revenue through securing impactful media campaigns, nurturing long-term client relationships, and streamlining back-office operations to enhance delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maximising acquisition of new clients by understanding market demand and expertly pitching tailored solutions
- Driving revenue growth through high-value project conversions
- Collaborating across departments to identify efficiencies and optimise workflows
- Managing sales pipelines and coordinating partnerships to evolve client retention strategies

Responsibilities
- Direct client relationship management, focusing on high-value leads and account expansion
- Develop proactive strategies for prospects in B2B markets
- Work closely with the people team to implement minor optimisations and ensure seamless client delivery
- Maintain robust sales data and analyse market trends for future opportunities
- Coordinate end-to-end sales processes and ensure transition to successful client handover
- Champion the employer’s values by actively promoting inclusivity in their media landscape
Requirements
- Native command of local language, with excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proven commercial sales acumen and ability to negotiate with confidence
- Strong project management ability to deliver sophisticated campaigns on time
- Excellent analytical skills to track bids and CRM metrics
- Client-centric mindset with exceptional relationship-building abilities
- Basic proficiency in sales/marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Undergrad degree in any related discipline or equivalent professional experience
