Who We Are
The Care Partnership offers all inclusive 'business startup packages' to individuals looking to start a business in the care sector. Offering the true alternative to franchising we provide everything that is needed from a website and branding, through to CQC registration support and marketing.
We have helped to start a number of organisations across the country and we are looking to grow our operations team to keep up with demand and to assist us in helping more people start a rewarding and profitable business.
Responsibilities
- Planning projects and timescales in consultation with clients and providing business advice
- Being a trusted representative of the company and being the main point of contact for all business startup queries
- Continually working with clients via regular consultations to establish their goals and suggest solutions
- Coordinating internal and external resources to ensure client’s needs are met within agreed timescales
- Helping to draft compliance documents, forms, plans and templates specific to each client’s requirements
- Assist in the creation of business plans and financial forecasts from a brief from the client
- Assisting with the CQC registration process and providing support with understanding compliance requirements and best practice
- Providing business advice across a broad range of areas including recruitment, compliance, operations and marketing
- Working with partners and suppliers to deliver solutions to fit the needs of clients
- Assisting client account managers in the process of bringing on board new clients

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A confident, proactive and consultative sales approach
- A proactive and highly driven self-starter, who is able to learn quickly
- High level of IT Skills
- 3 + years experience in the care sector, with a specific focus on compliance and care delivery
- Commercially astute with in depth knowledge about all aspects of running an organisation in the care sector
- Level 5 qualification in health and social care management (Desired)
- Previous business consultancy experience (Desired)
