About the Role
This is a multi-site role overseeing security and cleaning services for a wide portfolio of blue-chip clients in financial services, distribution, and manufacturing across the Yorkshire area and further afield.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Leadership & Service Delivery – Ensuring high standards in manned security and cleaning, under SIA Approved Contractor Scheme standards.
- Client & Team Management – Building strong client relationships through site visits, meetings, and staff training.
- Scheduling & Compliance – Managing rostering (via Timegate), performance, motivation, and compliance.
- Technology & Reporting – Using advanced systems for reporting, payroll, and scheduling.
Above all, you’ll ensure the retention and development of your client base.
Requirements
- Management experience in security and/or cleaning (essential)
- Front-line SIA Licence (essential)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High IT literacy and confidence using advanced systems
- Full UK driving licence and own car
- Willingness to travel to York HQ at least once a month
