Operations Manager | Growing Technology Consultancy | £65,000 DOE + Bonus & Benefits

Agilis Recruitment are supporting a growing and highly respected Technology Consultancy in their search for an experienced Operations Manager to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded and hands-on Operations professional to play a key role in supporting business growth, improving internal processes and helping shape the future direction of an ambitious organisation.

Working closely with the Executive Team, you will take ownership of business operations across a variety of functions including people, finance, recruitment, systems and governance. This is a broad and multifaceted role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across different areas of a business, driving improvements and making a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance
  • Develop and implement processes to support scalability and continuous improvement
  • Support resource planning, recruitment activity and workforce forecasting
  • Work closely with Finance to support budgeting, reporting and commercial performance
  • Oversee HR operations, employee lifecycle processes and company policies
  • Manage internal systems, suppliers and operational tooling
  • Support governance, compliance and operational risk management
  • Provide operational insight and support to the leadership team

About You:

  • Experience working in an Operations, Business Management or similar role within an SME environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Commercially aware with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Experience across areas such as HR, finance, recruitment, systems, process improvement or business development would be highly beneficial

Package:

  • 💰 Salary: £65,000 DOE
  • 🎯 10% annual bonus
  • 🏦 10% pension contribution (5% employer / 5% employee)
  • 🏥 Private Medical Insurance

  • 📚 £3,000 annual training budget
  • 📍 Hybrid working (3 days per week in office)
