We're working with a market-leading international manufacturer looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a successful product division.
This is a broad and highly visible role where you'll take ownership of supply chain operations, inventory planning, supplier relationships, and continuous improvement, helping support future growth across the UK and Europe.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing inventory and stock plans to ensure product availability
- Building and managing relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners
- Monitoring operational performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Driving supply chain efficiency, service improvements, and cost optimisation
- Managing operational reporting and KPI analysis
- Working closely with finance, sales, and logistics teams
- Supporting quality standards and product compliance
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives across the operation

What We're Looking For
You'll probably have experience as an:
- Operations Manager
- Supply Chain Manager
- Operations & Supply Chain Manager
- Inventory Manager
- Procurement & Operations Manager
- Commercial Operations Manager
- Supply Chain Operations Manager
You'll also bring:
- Manufacturing or product-based industry experience
- Supplier relationship management
- Inventory and stock planning
- Operational reporting and KPI management
- Strong commercial awareness
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel skills
Experience within furniture, interiors, education products, or workplace solutions would be advantageous but isn't essential. What's more important is your ability to build efficient operations and strong supplier partnerships.

- Expertise in supplier management, stock planning, and operational coordination.

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
