Operations Manager
Operations Manager – M&E Maintenance Services (Central London)
Location: Central London
Salary: £70,000 per annum
Type: Permanent | Immediate Start
About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to join a leading Facilities Management provider, overseeing the delivery of mechanical & electrical (M&E) services across a prestigious contract in Central London.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technical engineers
- Oversee the delivery of M&E maintenance services across the contract
- Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and statutory regulations
- Build and maintain excellent client and stakeholder relationships
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement
- Manage operational budgets and support financial performance
- Ensure high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities

What We’re Looking For
✔ Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Contract Manager, or Senior Facilities Manager ✔ Strong understanding of M&E building services within facilities management ✔ Proven experience managing engineering teams and delivering operational excellence ✔ Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills ✔ Commercially aware with experience in budget management and contract performance ✔ Good knowledge of health & safety and statutory compliance ✔ Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
