Operations Manager (FMCG Manufacturing)
Location: Southampton, Role Type: FTC
Are you an experienced operations manager within the FMCG manufacturing sector?

MacGregor Black are seeking a Operations Manager to partner with an FMCG business. This is a fixed-term contract (FTC) role based in Southampton.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operations of the entire facility.
- Oversee all production areas of the business.
- Drive and enforce production and compliance standards.
- Lead all Continuous Improvement initiatives across the site.
What We’re Looking For
- A modern leader who prioritises both people and process.
- Experience with various production or warehousing methods.
- Background in scaling production or warehousing capacity.

Remuneration & Benefits
- Salary: circa £65k
