Operations Manager
Citizens Advice Sandwell and Walsall are looking for three Operations Managers to join our team, two permanent positions and one fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced people managers who are passionate about leading teams, delivering high-quality services and making a real difference to local communities.
Based across Sandwell and Walsall, you will lead and support frontline teams to deliver excellent outcomes for our clients. You will inspire and develop staff, monitor service quality and performance and work collaboratively to ensure services are responsive, efficient and continually improving. If you are an organised supportive leader with a focus on people, performance and quality, we would love to hear from you.
