About the Role

We’re looking for an Operations Manager (full-time, on-site in the City of London) to lead and optimise our bridging finance workflows from start to finish. This strategic role ensures smooth, efficient operations while aligning with our focus on speed, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end operational workflows, from initial client enquiry through to deal completion, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with underwriting, compliance, sales, and funding teams to streamline cross-departmental processes and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, identifying trends and implementing data-driven improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk.
  • Draft, maintain, and refine operational policies, procedures, and standard operating practices (SOPs) to uphold consistency and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to optimise systems and tools, ensuring seamless integration between CRM, loan management, and documentation platforms.
  • Manage resources effectively, including staffing, timescales, and project prioritisation, to support delivery deadlines.
  • Verify and safeguard documentation and client data, ensuring compliance with FCA, GDPR, and internal benchmarks.
  • Support leadership reporting—provide performance insights, data analysis, and operational recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
  • Foster a supportive, high-performance culture, including staff training, mentorship, and consultative leadership to drive engagement and accountability.
  • Respond to client and partner queries with clarity, resolving operational queries independently where possible.
  • Represent Fenyx externally where appropriate, maintaining a strong internal-external liaison on complex cases.
  • Contribute to initiatives focused on process refinement, regulatory compliance updates, and technological advancement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
