Role Overview: Operations Manager (x2)

Location: Touchstone Bath, on-site (future hybrid: 3 days remote post training – up to 3 months)

Hours:

  • Mon–Thu: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Fri: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Hybrid working begins after an initial training period (up to 3 months).

Reporting To: Portfolio Manager.


Key Responsibilities

You’ll drive property management operations across:

  • Affordable Rent properties
  • Shared Ownership schemes

Core duties include:

  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to legislation, client SLAs, and internal policies. Partner with leadership to establish best practice across the portfolio.
  • Customer Excellence: Champion high-quality customer service—a priority for this role.
  • Team Leadership: Manage direct reports, conduct appraisals, and foster professional development.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with managers to maintain consistency in service delivery.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will: ✔ Possess industry knowledge of the social housing property sector ✔ Demonstrate a positive attitude and growth mindset ✔ Excel in financial analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement ✔ Have sound communication skills and an ability to deliver pragmatic oversight.

A basic DBS check is mandatory for this role.
