Operations Manager
REAL HOSPITALITY. SOMETHING DIFFERENT. FILM. PEOPLE AND CULTURE AT ITS HEART.
What's in it for you?
- Salary up to £65,000
- Quarterly performance bonus - achievable and genuinely well regarded internally. You can earn up to 50% of salary
- Company car and all travel expenses covered
- Unlimited complimentary cinema tickets and 50% off food and drink
- 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme, retail discounts and Cycle to Work scheme
Who are they?
They are one of the UK's most distinctive and genuinely exciting hospitality brands - and yes, they happen to show films too. With 49 venues and 171 screens nationwide, they've built something that's much harder to define than a cinema: beautifully designed spaces, trend-led menus made entirely in-house, food-level cocktails and a level of service that makes guests feel genuinely looked after from the moment they walk in. The revenue split tells the story - when the current leadership team joined, it was 75% ticket, 25% food and drink. It's now 50/50, and that trajectory is only heading one way.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
