Operations Manager at Fuse Energy

About the Role

Fuse Energy is a cutting-edge renewable energy startup pioneering a future where terawatts of clean energy are delivered at scale. We blend first-principles thinking with cutting-edge tech to disrupt the energy sector—a mission backed by $210M in funding from top-tier investors, including:

  • Multi Coin
  • Balderton
  • Lakestar
  • Accel
  • Creandum
  • Lowercarbon
  • Ribbit
  • Box Group
  • Nico Rosberg (F1 champion), Solana co-founder, and investors behind Meta, Revolut, Spotify, and Uber, among others.

At Fuse, we’re building a fully integrated energy company: solar/wind/hydrogen project development, real-time power trading, and distributed energy installations. By selling directly to consumers, we slash disconnected middlemen, reducing costs and delivering savings to users.

But our work doesn’t stop there. We’re also developing the Energy Network—a decentralised smart device platform that: – Electrifies homes, optimising usage during off-peak hours. – Strengthens grid stability for high demand sectors like AI data centers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
