Role Summary
This role involves leading and supervising operational staff, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and health and safety standards. Key responsibilities include conducting performance evaluations, assisting with hiring and scheduling, providing training and development, and managing administrative duties such as budget monitoring and report generation. The successful candidate will also serve as a technical reference for the team. Essential skills include strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities, along with technical proficiency in relevant software and industry knowledge. A working knowledge of vehicle compound operations and workshop management will be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and Supervise Operational Staff: Includes performance evaluations, hiring assistance, scheduling, and conflict resolution.

Coordinate Daily Operations: Oversee activities to ensure smooth and efficient functioning, including maintenance, cleaning, and logistics.

Training and Development: Train new employees on procedures and systems, and identify team training needs.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to quality, environmental, and health and safety standards through site checks and audits.

Administrative Duties: Assist with budget monitoring, record-keeping, and report generation.

Technical Support: Provide technical guidance to operational staff and perform operational duties when necessary.
