Operations Manager - High-Growth B Corp Consumer Brand
📍 London | Hybrid (3 days per week)
💰 Up to £65,000 + EMI Share Scheme + Benefits
Build the engine behind one of the worlds fastest-growing consumer brands.
We're partnering with an award-winning, purpose-led challenger brand that's redefining its category and experiencing exceptional growth across UK retail.
With national listings, an expanding product portfolio and ambitious plans for the next phase of growth, they're now looking for an Operations Manager to become the operational heartbeat of their commercial team.
This isn't about maintaining existing processes.
It's about making sure the business executes brilliantly as it scales.
The Role
You'll sit right at the centre of the business, bringing together Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Logistics to make sure every customer commitment is delivered.
You'll become the operational voice of the commercial team, ensuring launches happen on time, promotions execute flawlessly, stock issues are resolved before customers notice and opportunities aren't missed.
One minute you'll be working with the sales team on a major grocery launch.
The next you'll be solving an availability issue, improving a process or coordinating multiple teams to keep the business moving.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
