About the role
Bershka is bold, fast and product-driven. As Operations Manager, you will lead the operational engine of the store—ensuring deliveries, stock control, payroll, schedules and productivity run smoothly and efficiently.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-volume environment. You will work closely with the General Manager to:
- Drive performance
- Control costs
- Build a strong, engaged operations team
You must be comfortable making decisions, analysing performance and leading under pressure.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading deliveries, replenishment and stock control processes
- Managing rotas, payroll and hours budgets
- Monitoring productivity and operational KPIs
- Supporting employee relations processes in line with company policy
- Developing and coaching the operations team
- Maintaining high standards in health, safety and sustainability
- Supporting excellent customer service through operational efficiency
This role requires flexibility, resilience and strong organisation in a fast-moving retail environment.
