Operations Manager - London & Home Counties - £70k
£7500 car allowance plus bonus
Are you an experienced Multi-Site Manager or Operations Manager with B&I experience who has a passion for providing a 5* service to all of your clients, whilst also increasing sales and looking after the bottom line? If so, then I want to hear from you.
Due to business growth, I am currently recruiting an Operations Manager for an independent Contract Caterer, who really focus on their client relationships, food, and people. You will look after an initial patch of business made up of 6 sites, which will grow rapidly over the coming months.

The Ideal Operations Manager
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management role, within Contract Catering
- Experience managing multiple clients
- Managed a patch of business with a combined turnover of £6m+
- Extensive experience managing various financial contracts
- Strong knowledge of both hospitality and retail units
- Hold a valid UK driving licence
