Are you a proactive Operations Manager ready to lead a premium retail destination? We’re looking for a driven professional to take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and exceptional environment for visitors, retailers, and partners.
About the Role
You’ll lead all aspects of operations and facilities management, from health & safety compliance to supplier performance—playing a key role in delivering a first-class customer experience across the Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operation of the Centre, ensuring safety, security, and presentation excellence
- Oversee facilities services including maintenance, security, cleaning, waste, landscaping & guest services
- Manage Health, Safety & Environmental compliance in line with UK regulations
- Monitor and improve service delivery through supplier and contract management
- Own the Emergency Plan and respond to incidents when required
- Support retailer relationships and deputise for the Centre Manager
- Manage contractor processes including permits, RAMS, and compliance
- Contribute to projects, development works, and ESG initiatives

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- Proven background in operations, retail, or shopping centre management
- Strong leadership experience in a customer-facing environment
- Knowledge of health & safety legislation and compliance
- Experience managing budgets, suppliers, and performance metrics
- Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- A-level (or equivalent) essential
- Management qualification or relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
