Job Description
The Operations manager is responsible for leading the operational and financial performance of approximately 25 multi-specialty dental practices serving active-duty Service Members, military families, and Veterans. This role is accountable for driving revenue growth, increasing profitability, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring consistent execution across all locations.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Drive revenue, profitability, and same-store growth across all practices.
- Oversee daily operations to maximize productivity, patient access, and provider utilization.
- Lead, coach, and develop Regional Managers and Practice Managers to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Manage practice performance through KPI analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
- Improve production, collections, scheduling efficiency, and patient retention.
- Identify opportunities to expand services, increase patient volume, and optimize operational processes.
- Partner with Recruiting, Clinical Leadership, Finance, and Business Development to ensure practices are fully staffed and positioned for growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA, OSHA, and all federal, state, and government healthcare regulations.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, operational excellence, and exceptional patient care.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of multi-site operations leadership experience.
- At least 5 years of P&L responsibility with a proven record of increasing revenue and profitability.
- Experience leading multiple healthcare, dental, or retail locations.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and KPI analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational improvements, increase provider productivity, and improve patient experience.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Dental Service Organization (DSO), healthcare, or military/government healthcare experience preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
