We deliver expert clinical care to private patients and are one of the foremost providers of clinical trials in the world and deliver award-winning medico-legal services. The Company is highly innovative, and has ambitious plans to grow our established Neuro Diversity Services geographically. We are opening a new clinic in Dublin, creating an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join the team and be part of opening a new clinic. The role will be responsible for the overall running of the facility, working closely with the onsite team, and colleagues at our London site.

Key Duties

  • To be the key point of contact, internally and externally, for all queries relating to the service and facility.
  • Discussing services and products with patients and consultants, being confident in all aspects of our service.
  • Supporting marketing events and activities linked to launching a new service.
  • Ensuring efficient delivery of the service, problem solving to ensure we maintain the highest level of customer service.
  • Maximizing clinical appointments to support our service expansion targets and support our national service expansion, establishing and overseeing services across all sites.
  • Liaison with consultants and clinicians to develop service culture and clinician satisfaction.
  • Liaison with patients to develop service culture and patient satisfaction.

Essential

  • Available for full-time work 5 days a week, on site.
  • Solid experience (minimum 2 years) working in Administration in a clinic setting.
  • Solid experience (minimum 2 years) working in a Site Lead capacity.

Desirable

  • Experience of working in new services in a standalone role.
  • Experience of working in Memory/Dementia related services.
